New Moon Algol Loving Advice from your Aries Stellium friend here to remind you that sometimes people create beef with you because they are carrying frustration, anger, and unresolved hurt that needs somewhere to go. A lot of the time it looks like poking, provoking, or trying to start a fight because they are seeking release, even if they do not fully realize it themselves. And sometimes you become the perfect space holder for that because you know chaos. You grew up around conflict. Maybe you learned early how to absorb emotional intensity just to survive. Maybe you became an emotional punching bag before you even knew what boundaries were. Thanks Mom, but I digress. A lot of what people throw at you is projection. Hurt looking for somewhere to land. And yes, you can decide it is your job to put the gloves on and take the hits, but it may serve you more to recognize where the anger is actually coming from instead of taking the bait. Protect your spirit. Mirror the energy back to its source with its own reflection instead of your face. Turn off the energetic neon sign that says “drop off here”. Withdraw when needed. Some people will call that punishment, but sometimes loving people from a distance is healthier than drowning in proximity. Not every war belongs to you. Sometimes people cannot confront the one who actually hurt them, so they reach for the closest thing that feels familiar to their pain. Especially when you were forged in the same fire they are still burning in. Do with that what you will ✌🏼

I’m deeply grateful for every person who supports small businesses, artists, and creators whether that’s by showing up to events, sharing posts, recommending our work to friends, or simply engaging with what we create. That support genuinely keeps us going. A lot of independent businesses and creators are trying to continue building meaningful work in spaces where large corporations and monopolies make it harder and harder for smaller voices to be seen and sustained. Community support truly matters. I think sometimes people forget that supporting your favorite small businesses or creators isn’t only about spending money. It can also look like sharing their content, interacting with their posts, telling others about them, attending events, or simply helping amplify their work. Those things make a real difference. So thank you to the people who continue to show up, even while balancing your own responsibilities and challenges. Your support never goes unnoticed, and it means more than you probably realize.

The day will culminate (3pm) in a roundtable conversation between the guest speakers and Professor Gregory Dobbins of UC Davis on the theme of “Neurodiversity and the Tarot”, ALL ARE WELCOME!

Partner appreciation post… Never in my life has love met me like this man. I have never felt so missed, so seen, so supported. It took 4 decades and maybe a few lifetimes, so please don’t think love via companionship has an expiration date. Being human is a long fuck ass journey sometimes. Sometimes it feels endless, sometimes it happens all at once. Finding each other hurt before it healed. It was devastating in real time. And when it finally happened, my life turned completely changed. This past year and a half I’ve been grieving the old life, not because I miss it, but because I’m proud of what I built without knowing how. Learning to live alongside another comes with blessings and growing pains. Everything I cried over and prayed for is standing right in front of me now. I’ve lost relationships because partnership changed me. Not out of jealousy, but because I’m no longer available to be disposable. I won’t stand in as a temporary placeholder. I won’t abandon myself and I won’t beg to be appreciated. This man showed me how to value myself, how to lift my spirit instead of shrinking it. Is it easy? No. We both have our fears that occasionally crack the surface. But this is new learning, with humility. And it’s worth it. Right now I’m just grateful for this moment and him. @nexusoccult 💚
