Award winning producer Matt McKee, who filmed music videos for Andrew Wiscombe and Stephen Covell, has started on a documentary about OE and some of our artists. He was recently in Indiana with Marc Ridge. Stay tuned for more teases as he travels around the country this year. If you happen to see a long haired dude with a bunch of cameras, an All Access pass and a big smile at one of our shows, it is likely Matt!

Happy New Year. Together with the good folks at Midwest Communications, we will begin airing the weekly OPERATION ENCORE RADIO SHOWCASE live on Sunday, January 11 at 9:00 AM (Eastern Time). Midwest Communications is a family owned network with 82 radio stations, playing mostly country music. We will start with their leading 94.1 FM “The Duke” station near Detroit, Michigan and migrate from there. The show will feature our Operation Encore artists and alumni from Zac Brown’s Warrior Song program. We will also be sprinkling in prominent veteran artists like Johnny Cash, George Jones, George Strait, Kris Kristofferson and Gene Autry.
