👀 Thank you @taostempo for featuring SPEX26 on the front page of today’s paper! “To call the exhibition expansive is accurate yet incomplete. What “SPEX ‘26” offers is more than a survey of abstract work in Northern New Mexico, but rather a living, shifting conversation about what abstraction can be and who it is for.” come see us tomorrow at the opening reception. Friday, May 8 at the Stables Gallery at Taos Center for the Arts from 4 to 8 PM. 133 Paseo Del Pueblo Norte. Free, accessible, and open to the public! The show runs through May 16th. #taos #taosabstractartistcollective #spex26

So the reason my jewelry IG is called Mattison Art Jewelry Studio is because I’m actually a dabbler in several mediums besides silver and goldsmithing. Now that I’m having a multidisciplinary show of my work I’ll be mixing this page with not just jewels but drawing, painting, and etching too. I hope you like what you see coming up! @embudovalleyvineyards @marble_speak #asilvergirl #dixonstudiotour

In 2026 we will be missing Dharma-dog, the black Calupoh best dog on the hill. Dharmita, 'Mita, Darms, Stinker ( she was stinky), Ears... She was a great dog, i think I'll try to find another of this breed, but it might be tough as i only feel good about pound dogs.
