“Dentro de las primeras comunidades tribales, la danza era vista como un vínculo para comprender y dirigir los ritmos del universo, ya sea en sus múltiples manifestaciones en la naturaleza o como una expresión del ser y de su lugar en el mundo.”

After two years dancing across countries, learning from artists around the world, and rebuilding myself over and over… I’m ready to share this story.
This is a new chapter (in English and Spanish) where I’ll be sharing my journey as a dancer and psychologist abroad.
Because dancers don’t just move, we transform. And sometimes, we have to start from zero… again and again. But we always find a way back to the dream.
Let’s walk this path together. 💫

We did it! 🎓❤️ oficialmente #psicologa

‘A Fuego’ S3 🌻💛 Integrating Femininity: Softness and Strength
There’s something deeply special about gathering in a space where softness and strength are not opposites, but one whole. A meeting point of presence, honesty, movement, and connection.
We moved through layers of ourselves, explored how power can be gentle, and how softness can still hold fire 🔥
Thank you to every woman who showed up with openness and courage. What we created together felt alive, real, and unforgettable.

‘A Fuego’ S2: Sense of Belonging 🌀
In this session, we chose to walk the border —
and to sit within it.
That space in between not fully belonging here…
and no longer belonging there either.
“Where do I belong?”
This space was created for that question. A space to move, to feel, to be seen and to embrace the unique, hybrid identity that emerges through migration.
We came back to our bodies, to our stories, to what we’ve had to let go of, and to the unexpected gifts this journey has brought.
And through embodiment, we begin to discover something powerful: Belonging is not something we find, it’s something we create, within ourselves and together.
Thank you to every woman who showed up
with openness, courage and heart.
You made this space what it is ❤️🔥

A Fuego — our first gathering 🌸
Yesterday we opened a space that had been living in my heart for a long time.
A space where migrant women could come together not to perform, not to prove anything, but simply to move, breathe, share and reconnect.
Through movement, embodiment and community, we explored courage, hope, transformation and the fire that lives within each of us.
In a new country, we often move through life in survival mode — adapting, building, figuring things out day by day.
But moments like this remind us that we are not alone, and that there is something deeply powerful in women coming together with openness, presence and care.
Every woman who entered the room brought her own story, her own strength, her own light.
And together, we created something that was bigger than any one of us: a moment of connection, expression and belonging.
This was just the beginning.
A Fuego is a seed.
And I can’t wait to see how it grows❤️🔥
Thank you to every woman who trusted this space and brought her energy to it.
More gatherings coming soon.
