I wanted to introduce myself to a few new followers on here. My name is Maple, I’m Australian, I make loud music with my teenage friends and I like puppets and dinosaurs. I have a new song ‘chorus’ in my bio so please stream it, I also have another song called ‘lego’ which is also quite good and I’m making new music now🤘🦕
Maple’s Pet Dinosaur has an old school ‘Always Live’ ethos, the band doesn’t use backing tracks or tech trickery- we do it ‘90s style so we were stoked to challenge ourselves like this. Thanks heaps to @alwayslivevic for inviting us and pushing us out of our comfort zone with this modified format, thanks to everyone who came down to check us out- it was an awesome way to spend a Sunday with you all in Melbourne before driving back home to Newy for 10 hours 😅

Found this video in my camera roll today, I made this reel the day I got @declol ‘s mix of ‘lego’ and I was super excited about how it sounded- it would have been a few days before we made the ring camera video.
Big news- we are making TWO new music videos for TWO new songs this weekend and nothing compares to the feeling of being about to put new music out in the world. It’s exciting and scary and amazing.

As a regional artist, I grew up dreaming of playing at @groovinthemoo one day so I’m SOOO excited to say that we will be heading to Lismore on May 9 to play with this absolutely STACKED line-up of amazing artists who I admire and look up to.
