ATTENTION BRADFORD MUSICIANS & MUSIC FOLKS!🎶
Something important is happening for Bradford music right now.
We’re working alongside the Bradford District Music Strategy (set up by Bradford Producing Hub) to make sure the voices of grassroots musicians, promoters and venues are part of shaping what comes next.
These sessions aren’t just chats, they’re where ideas around gigs, opportunities, support and the future of the scene start to take shape.
If you’ve ever said: “Bradford needs more…”
this is where that conversation actually happens.
We really want to make sure everyone is represented, particularly musicians, because if you aren’t in the room, decisions get made without you.
We’ll be there, making sure grassroots is properly represented and we'd love you to come join us 😊
If you want to get involved, all the dates/locations/times for the sessions are on the last page, you can come to one or all, it's up to you.
Free refreshments will be provided
If you can't make it but want to have your say you can email us at: [email protected] or contact BD Music Strategy directly
If you need any support coming to any of the sessions/need access support funds for travel or want greeting at the door just send us a message and we'll be happy to help 👌
We are so excited for the music future of Bradford ❤️

Progress at the MAPA studio 🔨
We’re onto the next stage of the build — knocking through to create a brand new entrance to the studio, including a ramp to make sure the space is fully wheelchair accessible 🙌🏽
We’re also opening up an internal wall where a new shower facility will be installed, so artists and young people can freshen up after a heavy studio session 🔥🎙️
Step by step we’re building a space that’s accessible, creative and for the whole community.

✨ One Year of MAPA’s Soul Sisters ✨
This month marks one whole year of MAPA’s Soul Sisters — and what a year it’s been 💜
Over the past 12 months, Soul Sisters has grown into a powerful, supportive space for girls to come together, build confidence, express themselves, and lift one another up. We’ve seen friendships form, voices grow stronger, creativity flourish, and so many young women step into their own power.
This group is about more than activities — it’s about belonging, sisterhood, and creating safe spaces where girls can truly be themselves. We’re incredibly proud of everyone who’s been part of the journey so far, and grateful to the facilitators, families, and partners who’ve supported the group along the way.
Here’s to everything we’ve achieved in year one — and to even more growth, joy, and impact in the years ahead ✨
💜 Happy 1st Birthday, Soul Sisters 💜
