Here are some of the quick warmup/ mobilization exercises I do every time I train. I’m still very young (32 years old) but definitely feel it when I don’t warm up properly.
Pre-warm up and mobilization exercises aren’t just for injury prevention, they also help your joints to be prepared for heavy weights, reducing the negative impact on joints and therefore helping to reduce the risk of getting arthritis (FYI: many things cause arthritis, not just heavy weight exercise without warm ups done over decades).
