Making a good slide deck is the best career skill banking ever taught me.
My 3 rules for making a good deck:
1. Summary slide first. The reader should get a full preview in the first slide.
2. Bottom line up front. If someone reads only the titles of every slide, they should still get the argument.
3. Focus on what your goal and audience need in the content and how to present it. A good deck is not always a fancy deck.
