Artistic Inspiration: at Manuela, our menu takes inspiration from the art on our walls. For those in town for Frieze Week, order our seared tuna chop, influenced by Angel Oteroâs (b.1981) artwork âLucky Rainâ (2023). While ramps are still in season, we are serving it with maple ponzu glaze and grilled ramp chimichurri. For those not in town this week, fear not, we have a feeling this might become a Manuela favorite!
The seasonâs finest produce from USGM left to sing in simplicity, over coals or on our wood fired grill. Asparagus, ramps, sugar snaps and more - our greens are on fire đĽ - if you havenât ordered our popping grilled peas yet youâre in for a treat.

As each dish is set on Mary Heilmannâs tables, her sense of joy comes through. Inspired by 1960s counterculture, her work reflects a New York shaped by Beat poets, experimental art, and creativity. An energy we carry forward today. â
