The last time I was in these ends was late summer 2024 for the wedding of Bex and Andrew at @manorbiercastle - to this day one of my all time my fav weddings, and so Iām bringing them back to the grid for you to be inspired by their day.

Following recent conservation work in the North Tower, weāre delighted to reopen both the lower and upper levels to visitors.
On the first floor, youāll find our new interpretation, exploring the artists who have visited and stayed in Manorbier over the years. Weāve also introduced a small interactive space designed especially for younger visitorsāso be sure to stop by during your visit!
As well as our brand-new Doggie Menu at the castle, weāre delighted to introduce our new doggie station too! š¾
Now your four-legged friends can stop by for a well-earned drink, enjoy a tasty treat from the tearoom, and even browse our fun doggie stick library...because every pup deserves a little adventure! š¶šæ
If youāre just popping in to visit the tearoom, thereās no need for a castle admission ticket, so you and your pup can relax and soak up the beautiful surroundings together.

At my last wedding I fired off a few frames of B&W film on my Praktica MTL-3 and Iām loving the outcome. That camera may be nearly 50 years old but itās just as capable of producing beautiful results as the latest in D-SLR technology even if I do miss focus once in a while!ā¦less pixels, more soul.

Due to essential works taking place in Manorbier on Friday 17th April, there will be a temporary power outage affecting the area near the castle.
As a result, the castle will be closed for the day.
Weāll be back open as usual on Saturday 18th April from 10am and look forward to welcoming you then!
