We really love our Bibingka Waffle.
Inspired by the traditional Filipino baked rice cake, this 🧇 is a little bit bouncy, a little bit coconutty, and naturally gluten-free for our friends that don’t often get to have pastry at breakfast.
It comes with ginger maple syrup + cured yolk whip, so you can doctor it up however it feels right for you.
Bohol Lava Cake — paying homage to a classic. 🍫
Named after the Chocolate Hills of Bohol + served with a scoop of house-made banana leaf ice cream.
You guys are LOVING the Silogs — with just a lil bit of everyhting to start the day with. Silog — Tagalog shorthand mixing the words Sinangag (garlic rice) and Itlog (egg).
This one has Tocino (sweet + salty pork belly), 2 eggs, garlic rice, atchara. A reminder that Manong in the morning is HERE. Wednesday-Sunday, 8a-2p.
Starting this Wednesday, we are rolling out full brunch at Manong!
Joining our coffee bar + pastries, we’ll have breakfast sandwiches, rice bowls, bibingka waffles and some of our other favorite Filipino ways to start the day. Gluten-free friends — we have lots of naturally gf-friendly options for you!
8a-2p every day we’re open đź¤
An especially-fun tray of Otso Otsos, Ube Halayas, and Lapu Lapus getting the weekend going over here.
Happy hour 5-6, bottle shop for your weekend needs, and cocktails shaking all night long. 🍹
An armful of our “Manong’s Bistek” — hanger steak, with fresnos + atcharang sibuyas (pickled onion) — headed to the big corner booth with a side of 🧄 rice.
