I'm Manny a.k.a Manny Does Wine.
My journey started on the shop floor at Majestic Wine, where curiosity turned into obsession and wine became more than just what was in a glass.
During Lockdown I hosted online tastings from my livingroom and realised that wine isn't about rules or gatekeeping, it's about people,stories and moments.
Now I work as a Wine Consultant, host Wine Tastings, curate Vineyard Tours and actively champion Wine Tourism. Encouraging people to visit wineries abroad, walk the vineyards and understand wine at the source.
Through social media I'm focused on making wine more open, pushing EDI in the wine space. Wine should reflect the world that we live in.
This page is for the curious, the confident and the "I like what I like crowd".
No snobbery. Just good wine, good conversation and better access for everyone.

Ikano have launched their wines in the UK and I was one a few who were present to try them. 🇬🇪🍷
A brand focused on bringing the depth, history and indigenous grapes of Georgia to a modern UK audience. Georgia is often called the birthplace of wine with over 8,000 years of winemaking history. This is what Ikano are bringing to the table with them. Balancing tradition with a style that feels more approachable.
Wines paired with Daka Daka's exquisite food and warm hospitality, it made for an unforgettable evening.
I truly believe that Georgian wine deserves a share of the spotlight.

Great British Rosé Week done properly 🇬🇧🍷
Got invited to an event hosted by @wineawaytheday and @eatsleep_winerepeat celebrating everything rosé from the UK.
The quality, confidence and variety of English rosé deserves way more attention than it gets. Crisp sparkling and elegant still rosés that can genuinely stand beside some of the best from abroad.
Somehow I happened to be the only guy there and wore pink 😅. Outnumbered but still committed to the cause.
