Sunset vibe on Shing Mun River, Shatin, Hong Kong.
Originally a popular picnic spot and a place for tourists to catch of glimpse of Southern Chinese countryside, Shatin was developed in the 1970s as a new town to accommodate some thousands of the booming population of Hong Kong. Since its town planning was mainly focus on resolving the overcrowding problem of urban area at that time, the building density is definitely generous from modern eyes.
