Postcards from our integrative series with @slowmedicine_co .
Spread across three sessions, each class was shaped around the philosophy of a different MANJULA ritual.
With movement specifically designed to reflect the qualities and intention of each oil in our line, our classes closed with guided workshops exploring Gua Sha and traditional Ayurvedic massage techniques led by @waddellwellness@mamtapranjivan .
Thank you to everyone who moved, learned, and shared this space with us 🌱

MANJULA x @equinox Movement + Ritual.
Last weekend we gathered for an afternoon of movement with @carloushka and a guided tutorial on marma points and traditional massage techniques with our co-founder and in-house Ayurvedic practitioner @mamtapranjivan .
What followed was the most candid and sincere conversation about feeling at home in your skin. Thank you to everyone who shared this space with us, along with your personal experiences. Managing chronic skin, hair or body conditions can feel isolating and keep you in a never-ending cycle of frustration.
Products are just one small part of building a sustainable routine. Real healing lives in the way we listen to ourselves, honour our needs, move at our own pace; and allowing that to be enough.
We’re excited to continue exploring together and creating more spaces like this for you 🌱
