I had heard about @manifest_bread for many years, but I always said "It's too far."
But after visiting them, sitting down with Tyes and Rick, and understanding what really goes into starting a food business that began with a bread obsession, I regret not visiting sooner.
Writing this article planted a doubt in my mind: How many places are we missing out on because they're not within our zipcode or county?
As I've discovered, there's so much happening outside our neighborhoods, and if we're lucky, we might find something as magical as what @manifest_bread is creating in Riverdale Park.

-near and dear to us here at the bakery as they’re arguably one of the great toppers to a lovely loaf.
Our selection ranges from everyday value snacks to elite hand grilled and packed treats.
We offer these daily; retail/to go OR (at dinner) plated and served with our aioli, chips, & pickles.
Now and then we’ll make our own renditions of these classics with fresh seafoods. Recently we made a batch of mussels in escabeche sauce as well as poached bluefin tuna ventresca…. Went pretty well. 😬 yes, there will be more in the future.

For this Friday & Saturday (only) we’ll be offering reservations for our dinner service. Please follow the link in bio, website or our story.
Service will be a la carte (same as it ever was) with a couple special additions and a whole lot love.
No shame or judgment to the solos, haters, and procrastinators as we’ll still have some tables/bar seats for walk ins.

today/Sunday 8-3 offering the same tasty indulgence and caffeine spiked bevies as always. Today we will also be offering pizza as well as a few choice apps from evening menu for here or to go starting at 11am.
