being shot for @quadzillazine was such a fun experience ā„ļø iām usually the clips guy so it was cool to be on the other side of the camera this time :o)
Almost 10 years ago now, Caleb and I drove up to Vermont to buy a 1973 Serro Scotty for $1,000. We duct taped its aluminum sides down to keep them from flying off during the tow home. That trailer, after multiple major facelifts and renovations, became the coffee camper.
In the beginning, we just had cold brew taps and ice coolers, serving coffee at festivals and fairs. Soon after, Caleb sold his dream car heād finally recently bought, a 1960s Alfa Romeo, to buy our first espresso machine. Since then, weāve learned to roast, changed our businessā name, taken the camper just about everywhere, gotten married, served countless shots of espresso, and learned so much about ourselves.
I canāt put into words how I feel now, officially opening our brick and mortar. Everything for the past 3 years has been building to this, and none of it couldāve happened without Calebās family, my family, our customers, our friends, or Matcha the dog.
Thank you to everyone whoās ever bought coffee, come to an event, or otherwise supported us. We love you, I love you, and Iām so happy to announce this new scary chapter in our lives. See you tomorrow! āļø
learning challenging switchups is truly an exercise in masochism. hereās one that took 2 hours to barely land 3x and some other things Iām proud I did š
