Our shop exists to provide consumers in the U.S. an opportunity to use their purchasing power for GOOD & to connect you with some amazing causes around the world!
ā Every single item in our shop is handmade by artisans in over 25 countries - mostly in the global south where it can be difficult to break the cycle of poverty, especially for women.
ā¤ļø We work with non-profits, social enterprises, women cooperatives & family-owned small businesses who employ others in their community, and provide a holistic workplace - often with clean drinking water, meals, mentorship, education for children & more.
šŗšø We also partner with local non-profits in the USA who create job opportunities & provide resources to immigrants, refugees, trafficking survivors, victims of domestic abuse and others in need.
My hope is that when you feel overwhelmed by all thatās going on in the world, you can remember that YOU have power & purpose - you can choose to make a positive impact every single day simply by choosing a fair trade product! šŖ
And of course, when weāre not shopping, we can also stand in the gap by donating to our favorite global charities and volunteering locally. š
