Open-plan layouts maximise space and flexibility, while a refined material palette and balanced geometry create a sense of clarity and ease. Natural light is central to each apartment, shaping bright, well-proportioned homes that feel both practical and considered.

A considered interiors moment where the depth of timber meets the tactility of ceramic.
Within a residential project in London’s Hampstead, this composition sits within a bespoke timber library. We designed the ivory toned ceramics which were handmade by Melina Xenaki.
Each element is precisely placed and resolved, creating a space that is restrained, coherent, and intentional in its detailing.

Light is treated as a primary material.
Openings are set with precision to draw it deep into the plan, where it settles across timber surfaces and defines the geometry of the room. Joinery is calibrated to hold shadow and depth, allowing the space to shift subtly over the course of the day.
Proportion, tone and texture work together to create a calm, grounded interior that feels both refined and enduring.

The project continues to take shape as we work within the existing structure, revealing its spatial clarity and reinforcing its future use. The raw concrete frame sets the rhythm of the space, guiding light, proportion, and movement.
Each intervention is careful and intentional, focused on preserving character while preparing the building for its next phase.
