Just another average night at the jam space for Mandy’s Dreaming… or was it? There we were, just minding our own business, getting ready to go back home to our kids, the bills piling up, eating boiled meat AGAIN and there it was. Our very first NYC piss bag.
JR jumped for joy. Nate wept. Sometimes it feels like the city’s rejecting you but every now and again it drops you a little gift to say something like, “Hey. Here’s a freebie. You take care of me so I’ll take care of you.” I guess what we’re trying to say is… dammit NYC piss bag you succulent bastard! We love you so much.
Saturday was so freaking fun!! Nate and JR did an open mic at @thetinycupboard and went right over to @brooklynmusickitchen and played a really fun set with some killer bands! Next up is 5/22 at @sugarmouse.nyc
