Bank holiday miles with a side of suffering 😅
Took on the @bigfeatevents 14 miler on Monday and honestly it was a battle from start to the finish line.
Brilliant turnout, really friendly atmosphere and a very well organised race!!
First time Riley has raced this one and he absolutely flew round it…. Leaving me for dust in the process 💨

The second time crewing @badwaterhq Salton Sea race and I love it. Something really draws me to the desert. The space, the quietness, the remoteness.
This time @mikeseaman2709 and I crewed @susie_chan_@emmaharris356 and @mandruns . These ladies are tough mother f*ckers! Grinding out 81 miles through the desert and 9000 ft up to finish on a mountain and taking a course record while they were at it for a team of 3 females. Love seeing amazing people do amazing things. So lucky to call this team close friends. More to come soon

Salton Sea 🐟 my first race in America 🇺🇸
81 miles through the desert finishing at the top of Palomar mountain- an experience I’ll never forget, memories to last a lifetime.
The goal going in was simply to enjoy every moment… and I truly did.
Over the moon to come away with a new course record!!!
Huge thanks to my incredible teammates Emma and Susie, and to Mike and Phil for being such patient and supportive crew members!

What an absolutely stunning day to take on the South Downs. Starting in Arundel and finishing in Winchester, this race was incredibly well organised — from the coaches to the start, to pre-runners checking there were no obstacles or missing signs, to the amazing checkpoints packed with friendly, supportive volunteers 🙌
Didn’t feel as prepared as I would’ve liked going into this one, so I’m buzzing to have crossed the line in 9:28 💪

You set yourself a challenge and showed so much grit and determination to see it through. Early mornings, bad weather, injury and even a skiing holiday didn’t stop you.
Watching your dedication and resilience has made me incredibly proud. Keep believing in yourself — you can achieve anything you set your mind to. 💙
