2025 • the year that was • my word for last year was GRATITUDE 🙏 and I am so deeply grateful for my people✨
I’m so proud of the incredible growth they’ve all shown ~ inspired doesn’t say enough!
We shared milestone birthdays and every other precious birthday in between. We cheered on the many miles ran and paddled and watched champions shine on the track, in the bush, in the ocean and on the mat! We witnessed goals being smashed on all levels, both personal and professional! We got engaged. We graduated school. We celebrated our baby completing her nursing degree and we welcomed our sissy to the team!
Nothing ever comes easy or without its trials or damn hard work, it’s in the keep pushing, never give up mindset, allowing God to guide and direct our path - I’m so grateful to my husband for this💫
My word for 2026 is REST • feels strange saying that when things are speeding up but I think that’s why.
To REST = a sacred pause that allows renewal, alignment & listening.
To return to balance, trust & surrender, renewal & healing, listening to inner wisdom, preparation not stagnation, permission to be enough✨
