I'm Amanda and I am the owner of Manda Bakes!
*I am originally from San Diego, but relocated to Santa Clarita with my family in 2014.
*I graduated with honors and obtained my Associate Degree in Baking and Pastry in 2011 from the International Culinary School at the Art Institute of California San Diego.
*I've worked many jobs in the Culinary Industry, including Pastry at the Omni La Costa Resort, catering chef, and line cook.
*I started Manda Bakes in 2018.
*My favorite cake flavor changes all the time, right now it is death by chocolate 🍫 😋
*I am a lover of all things coffee.
*I have a passion for fitness and love running, walking with friends, and weight training.
*Manda Bakes is not my only job, I also work in retail merchandising.
*I love baking cakes but my passion is in the decorating! It's all about the details and time spent to make sure everything is perfect!
