On paper, we spoke about @kindlife.in creators, content, community, and building a brand for Gen Z.
But what stayed with me most was something much simpler:
“Be kind to yourself”
I think a lot of us who are building something are always trying to become more.
More disciplined. More successful. More clear.
But very few of us know how to be gentle with ourselves while doing it.
That’s what I kept thinking about after this episode.
This felt like one of those rare conversations that goes beyond business and stays with you as a person.

Today, at the India Korea Business Forum in New Delhi, Kindverse signed a partnership with our Korean partners to deepen K-beauty supply and manufacturing in India. 🇮🇳🇰🇷
We also just crossed ₹100 crore in revenue.
The Korean President spoke about Queen Heo — a woman who crossed the sea 2,000 years ago with a stone tower to calm the waves. A woman who refused to let uncertainty stop her journey.
I’ve thought about little else since.
We built Kindlife on a bet that Indian Gen Z didn’t need another beauty aggregator. They needed a platform they could trust — one that curated the best of Eastern innovation, not just Western legacy brands. K-beauty was our proof case. It’s now our fastest-growing, highest-repeat category.
₹100 crore is not the destination. It’s the signal.
The flywheel is turning: Gen Z community trust → exclusive K-beauty supply → superior repeat rates. Today’s partnership takes it further — into manufacturing depth in India, and into Kinddream, our first-party brand vertical launching this year.
The waves were always going to come. We built the ship anyway.

I’m obsessed w brain rot content and absolute cray memes but what I’m loving most is how Gen Z is mixing it up. Some days they’re taking serious financial advice from the internet; other days they’re deeply, almost absurdly invested in vegetables getting married online like their life depends on it.
It’s not really about the line between “brain rot” and “anti–brain rot” blurring, but how effortlessly they switch between completely different modes without feeling the need to explain it and that says a lot about where things are headed.

: Lil story time (& probably the only thing this photo reminds me of!)
I was recovering from being really sick & had lost a bit of weight. I stepped out wearing my shirt tucked in & someone commented that my stomach was “visible” - like my paunch showing was somehow not allowed.
It’s taken me soooo many years to love my body and be grateful for all it’s been through, yet in 2021 people still thought making such bakwaas comments was okay. Let a girl love her paunch yaaa #PetHiTohHai
