Dear Ones, I've just returned from a whirlwind week in Seattle for another training with one of my dear teachers, Grandmother Sarah, immersed in Ceremonial Constellation practices, work that strengthens our capacity to see wider patterns in the field and move with more precision and presence at a time that is asking so much of our attention, seemingly from every direction. Before I share a potential antidote, I want to just acknowledge the enormous forces shaking the ground beneath our personal and shared realities right now. And perhaps a pause for a full cycle of breath here. ✨ ✨ ✨ ✨ ✨ This moment in time is calling for strong, stable, steady, joyful, well-resourced adults. Adults who can meet the moment without collapsing into fear. Adults who are resourced enough to remain open to wonder, beauty, and possibility. Adults who can see clearly and FEEL deeply. This Sunday, I'm holding a Ceremony and Ritual Gathering where we'll access antidotes to fear, uncertainty, and inner collapse, and move through a strong, Self-resourcing process, stabilizing from the inside out. Enhancing inner stability and adaptability requires emotional movement.   Stepping out of fight, flight, freeze, and fawn.   A few beautifully simple things that help move emotional material: Breath moves it. Singing moves it. Writing moves it. Movement moves it. Rhythm moves it. Ritual moves it. Community moves it in BIG waves. 🌀 So Sunday, we’ll practice all of the above. Beautiful Friends, This Friday, we begin a 13 week ritual of gathering in our own home sanctuaries for Tea Sit and Meditation. We'll explore the art of presencing ourselves through elemental awareness; a living ceremony. For 13 weeks, we pause to re-awaken our memory of a truly slowed down timeless pace. We'll explore the nuance of water quality and temperature, simple breathing, and meditation practices that are warm, sensory, and deeply nourishing on so many levels. Every Friday Morning Online (or via recording) January 23 – April 17, 2026 30 minutes 6:30-7:00am pst | 8:30-9:00 cst | 9:30-10:00 est We'll begin each session in stillness. This will be a very slow, spacious build of teachings and embodied practice and processing with lots of silence and a really lush, steady pace. These will be very quiet gatherings. No experience necessary. 13 Weeks, just $169. Replays available within 24 hours. Return to each session as often as you like: daily, twice daily, whenever you need a pause. Recordings can work quite well in the evenings as well if that's better timing for you. These 13 weeks are supported by a lifelong love affair with plants, flowers, tea, and water which led me through traditional ceremony, wild-crafting medicinals, creating non-alcoholic elixir & tonic menus at our 3 restaurants and long practiced plant spirit connection. After five beautiful months in the States, we've landed back in Costa Rica. With all this movement, there's been an incredibly clear inter-seasonal shift: a huge clearing out, an audit of what's really needed, a fine tuning of what actually enhances Life Force. In this particular round of settling, there's a glorious magnetic pull toward the Winter Solstice that is feeling incredibly nurturing. The pull is like a sweet weighted blanket, offering the gravity to slow down, to unhook from a deeply ingrained myth (production = worthiness), to look in toward, and honor the fertility of darkness, whether it's outside weather-induced or just the deep, rich inner soil of psyche and spirit. So as our understanding of time continues to shift so rapidly, as the noise and sense of urgency amplify, as the pressure to optimize and produce might cloud us in the illusion that we are consistently behind, we have this generous gravitational pull to the deepest of our spiral roots through this Winter Solstice time. This wondrous space of revelation of the real truth that there is an Unchanging, Luminous, Whole Self, Original Essence of Being. And within that Original Essence (not the version that's accumulated wins or regrets or is defined by roles, responsibilities or achievements), is the place where the mission of our Being is calmly resting. In honor of this space, I'll be hosting a Winter Solstice Ceremony & Ritual Original Essence Light Activation Sunday, December 21st | Online A couple of hours at this turn of the season to return to your Original Essence.
