With a playful nod to Brave New World, the collage mirrors the sensory overload of modern life while reframing it as a celebration of cultural fusion, showing how these rhythms and symbols continue to reshape the American creative landscape.

After extended talks with the guys in the band, we knew we wanted to make something special that represented the music in this record visually. Yes it’s cumbia, yes it’s Miami, and yes it’s us. An explosion of beauty and chaos!
I called on no other than my compadre
@leobello___ to help me organize and layout the ideas I had in my brain and translate to the board. It took us approximately 1 week to finish the piece. Started with only a 48”x48” piece of wood and lots of anxiety. Bringing out pieces of posters and cutouts I had been saving through the years, printing some new ones as well. Colored pencils, acrylics, spray paint, crayons, masking tape ans wheat paste were all thrown into the mix. While it was intimidating as had never worked on a piece this big, we just couldn’t stop, it was rewarding to see it come together piece by piece. At the end, I can say I’m extremely happy with the result and think we pretty much accomplished the mission of representing the band and album entirely.
