as we settle our home reno, prepare to whisk at a beautiful summer wedding, and go for our honeymoon, this will likely be our last home cafe at this location before we move to our new home in a few months!!!

spent our Sunday afternoon at @mamematcha ytd for a tasting to decide on the flavours we wanted for our wedding in just 61 days!!!!!! 🫨🫨🫨 hope yall are excited for some yummy matcha cuz it was rlly good — we chose raspberry matcha and banana brûlée but all their flavours were yummy 🥺🤎
went a little ham but we’re trying to include some in our pop up menu!!!! excited to introduce y’all to more matcha powders ☺️
we went to the central region of japan which is a little less travelled so i tried to hunt for lesser known brands !! also bc I’m a believer of hidden gems 🤓
can’t wait to taste test these and include the yummy ones in our menu !!!! (ofc there’re the popular ones like ippodo which I’ll include too!!)

the drink that delayed our menu release !! our hojicha has chocolatey + burnt sugar notes which go so well with our rich caramelised banana syrup — this was a no-brainer
we still needed to taste test it ofc!! but gotta say, it passed with flying colourssss 😜
