東京のダンスミュージックを発信しカルチャーとして広がりをみせるレーベル “HOLE AND HOLLAND"の中心メンバーであり、伝統音楽を当世流に表現したレーベル “SABI"主宰、DJ、プロデューサー。
90年代より音楽活動を始め、世界各地の土着性を織り交ぜた音を探求し幅広いサウンドを効かせた音楽の旅を創り上げる。これまでにFuji Rock Festival, Boiler Room, NTS Radioなどクラブやフェスティバルまで日本各地、海外でプレイしている。最近ではタイのWonderfruit festivalのPolygonステージに出演、韓国のThe Air House festivalで多くのファンを魅了した。
またフランスから来日した大道芸人、音楽家でクラリネット奏者Alizarinaとのセッションを構築した曲をShika Shika, Tropical Twistaからリリース。それをきっかけに様々なミュージシャンとの合奏の録音を開始。プロデューサーとして本格的に音楽制作をスタートさせる。HOLE AND HOLLANDからリリースしたNew light epではNicola Cruzが起用し話題となり世界各国の気鋭レーベルから楽曲やRemixを発表。それらの楽曲は高い評価を得てAndrew Weatherallをはじめ多くのDJにプレイされている。最近では松本族のReo Matsumotoとの楽曲を数多く発表している。またadidas OriginalsやBEAMS, EVISEN, HUF, SON OF THE CHEESE, TIGHTBOOTH, VANSなどにも楽曲や MIX を提供している。
2025年1月、国内外のアーティストとコラボレーションし収録したアルバム “Alias"をリリースした。
He is a core member of “Hole and Holland” , a label that promotes and expands the culture of dance music in Tokyo, and the owner, DJ, and producer of “SABI” , a label that expresses traditional music in a contemporary style. Compass resident at Womb in Shibuya, Tokyo.
He has been active in music since the 90's, creating a musical journey with a wide range of sounds, exploring sounds interwoven with indigenous characteristics from all over the world.
