ā¢ We leave room for boredom
ā¢ We protect sleep like itās medicine
ā¢ We let kids move slowly through their feelings
ā¢ We give our evenings back to play, books, and conversation
ā¢ We try to model regulation instead of demanding it
Are we perfect at this? Absolutely not.
But the house is calmer.
Bedtime is easier.
And our kids seem more connected to themselves and to us.
