🇬🇧 Softness with Depth
True generosity doesn't always come from giving, but rather from knowing how to receive with humbleness. And I received a lot these past few days. Compliments on my beauty, on the profound kindness in my therapeutic touch. "It's more than a massage, it's a true experience." They passed the word among themselves at the retreat, and so, I finished the last day of massages, it was past ten at night. I had never worked so late. It was worth all the tiredness. Women caring for women, praising, supporting and sustaining, without competing, sharing vulnerability and nurturing courage.
I arrived home exhausted, but immensely grateful and believing, more and more, in my work of listening to the bones with ancestral African medicine.

🇵🇹 Gentileza com Profundidade
A verdadeira generosidade nem sempre vem do dar, mas sim, do saber receber em humildade. E eu recebi muito nestes dias. Elogios à minha beleza, à gentileza com profundidade no meu toque terapêutico. “É mais do que uma massagem, é uma verdadeira experiência.” Passavam a palavra entre elas no retiro, e assim, acabei o último dia de massagens, passava das dez da noite. Nunca tinha trabalhado até tão tarde. Valeu todo o cansaço. Mulheres a cuidarem de Mulheres, a elogiar, apoiar e sustentar, sem competir, a compartir vulnerabilidade e a nutrir coragem.
Cheguei exausta a casa, mas imensamente agradecida e a acreditar, cada vez mais, o meu trabalho a de escutar os ossos com a medicina ancestral africana.
