~ tofu chocolate ganache with matcha cream, lime blackberries, extra virgin olive oil and pistachio for dessert
~ whipped goats cheese, fennel seeds, cured lemon beetroot, pickled blackberries, sage and hazelnuts
~ bao buns with slow cooked pork, yuzu apple and yuzu kosho mayo and peanut mushroom, fermented chilli mayo and pickled radish
