supper club / ii. A few close ups of our dishes and the English drinks pairing I had so much fun putting together. Headed up by @vaultaperitivo Meadow Vermouth infused with dandelion and meadowsweet, @hamstreetwines juicy, textural Field Blend and the @titchhillwines Pet Nat duo of dreams ~ tofu chocolate ganache with matcha cream, lime blackberries, extra virgin olive oil and pistachio for dessert ~ whipped goats cheese, fennel seeds, cured lemon beetroot, pickled blackberries, sage and hazelnuts ~ bao buns with slow cooked pork, yuzu apple and yuzu kosho mayo and peanut mushroom, fermented chilli mayo and pickled radish Table / Flowers: @hats.tagram @spicystems and @ceramicsophia 📷: @kyokaseguchi
