The sun always rises. ready to say goodbye to 2025 and welcoming in the year of the horse. I’ve been so very quiet here, incubating, shedding, planting seeds, tending to new worlds. ā™„ļø I’ll be coming around the corner and saying hello more soon ✨

@toswingonthespiral and I will be holding ā€œThe Unfurling Heartā€, September 12-14th, as summer energy wanes and we anchor into the exhale of fall. This is the medicine I need most now. To carve time to be in relationship, orienting towards pleasure, and softening slowly with community. Learning the language of the female nervous system, washing in warm waters, sweating, singing, crying, laughing, holding and releasing… There’s a whole lot of suffering both individually and collectively and the importance of resourcing and grounding is so crucial for us to sustain life and create a better world. Attuning with the earth, our loved ones, connecting and building community is the deepest medicine for these times. This is a prayer for how we want to live and the world we want to create. The retreat is already half full. If you feel called to be in ritual, resource and soften please join us. Payment plans are welcome and available. Dm me to know more ā™„ļø Love

Kenny Scharf: When Worlds Collide Tue, May 13 @ 7:00 pm: Followed by a Q&A with directors Malia Scharf & Max Basch moderated by Zahra Sherzad Kenny Scharf: When Worlds Collide was made over 11 years and features interviews and rare archival footage with Kenny Scharf, Andy Warhol, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Keith Haring, Ed Ruscha, Dennis Hopper, Yoko Ono, Kaws, Marilyn Minter and Jeffrey Deitch. The documentary shows Scharf’s New York City arrival in the early 1980s where he quickly befriended Keith Haring and Jean-Michel Basquiat. This trio, amongst the fervent creative bustle of a depressed downtown scene, would soon take the art world by storm. While Basquiat and Haring both died tragically young, Scharf lived through cataclysmic shifts in New York City and the art world. Despite setbacks along the way, Scharf continues to follow his particular high-tone, technicolor artistic vision while growing public and critical appreciation for his earlier work has cemented his place as a pop art icon.

It’s an absolute honor and joy to be this Ray of lights mama. Not saying it hasn’t kicked my ass but boy is it worth it and has it purified and transformed me and made me face myself in the most real ways. Ray is bright, funny, wild, sweet as can be, curious, a social butterfly, inquisitive, impatient šŸ˜… my brightest little guru. I love you to the moon and stars and back my sweet Rose boy. Harnessing Lunar Wisdom is almost full and I can’t think of a better time to be together. In grief, in joy, in prayer, in rage, in play, in dance, in connection. It’s a tender time and although I said it was better together I really believe and understand more than ever that it’s a necessary part of healing. Co-regulation is crucial. Oxytocin is a true need, especially for those with a uterus. Most of the way we work and function in the world is dopamine dominant which actually decreases oxytocin. More about this in Harnessing Lunar Wisdom, which actually is just harnessing our own cyclical intuitive wisdom. Come get your oxytocin with us ā¤ļøā€šŸ”„ we begin Monday November 4th at 6 pm @awarehousenyc Registration closes October 25th Payment plans available Link in bio šŸµšŸŒ±šŸ¤²šŸ¾šŸŒŠšŸŒ€ā¤ļøā€šŸ”„

Were you taught to care for yourself and the earth? I awoke in the middle of the night thinking why we as humans weren’t taught to take care of ourselves and the earth and that it’s one and the same. Why this wasn’t our main assignment and mission as soon as we landed on this beautiful Earth. How is it that most peoples energy and resources are used to feed and churn this empire that destroys life in all forms. Of course some people and especially indigenous people and cultures sole focus is caring for the earth and each other but the majority of us here have never really learned what that looks like. Dreaming of what that looks like. To relearn and reimagine community care, learning to grow and make our own medicine and food, learning to process our trauma and take care of our bodies, learning to make offerings and listening to the earth and really being in relationship with her. Dancing on the earth here like she is our mother and lover. Revillaging, showing up, listening to our community, praying together, grieving together, seeing one another. My hearts hurts as I write this because we’ve gone in such a wrong direction. But there is hope. There must be hope. May we each plant a seed of care for ourselves, each other and this beautiful earth and all of the life on it. To me harnessing lunar wisdom is a seed planted for learning how to care more for ourselves, the earth and each other. A tiny seed I pray grows into forests and wild jungles in our hearts and in real life. We begin November 4th @awarehousenyc Payment plans available Let us plant seeds that grow wild with love šŸŒ±šŸ’ššŸŒ³

My life recently has shown me the need to orient towards pleasure in a world that feels like it’s on fire. I didn’t fully realize this until recently but for most of my life I oriented towards what was wrong, what needed fixing, or ā€œhealingā€. Obsessively, and let me tell you that’s a hard way to live. I’ve been given the beautiful gift and assignment to begin to orient towards what feels good, pleasurable, and alive in me. And what a gift and assignment that is. Now orienting towards pleasure does not mean we avoid pain, sadness, and places that do not feel ā€œgoodā€. In fact, we need to learn to be with our feelings, the ā€œchallengingā€ ones in order to experience the joy and aliveness. They are just different ends of the spectrum. I can’t wait for Harnessing Lunar Wisdom 2. We are weaving so many beautiful practices, wisdom, medicines, and community together. What would the world look like if all human beings had this support, wisdom, love and care. These are foundational as a human in finding equilibrium and well being in a world on fire. The flower essences tend to our emotional body and subconscious beliefs, working their way deeply through dreams and thoughts. The cyclical wisdom reignites our intuition in how to take care of our bodies, our nervous systems, wombs, and the life that wants to be birthed, in all forms. Being witnessed in community fills our cup and fills us with oxytocin which I’ve learned is a physiological need especially for women to heal and regulate our nervous system. Movement is the most fluid way we shift our vibration and being in the moment. And this round we get the gift of receiving Earth Wisdom by @nrg.healix @awarehousenyc This is medicine for me and I hope you join and receive the medicine that’s available in this burning world. May we gather and fortify to show up the best way that we can. Begins on the new moon November 4th 🌚 Registration closes October 25th Payment plans available 🩵

I think of all of the courses I’ve taken in my life(and I’ve taken a lot) and I think about the times I’ve thrived and felt most in my purpose, joyful and alive and its always because of my connections with others, with the earth, and with myself. And yes the wisdom and skills I’ve learned have been useful but really more so in devoting myself to them so I can be in alignment and connected to my higher self and wisdom and sharing it with others. Understanding our inner seasons and patterns while being held and seen can allow us to experience deeper connection with ourselves and break unhelpful patterns keeping us stuck or small. It can allow us to see ourselves more clearly, to love our selves more and when reflected in loving, truthful eyes propel us towards what’s most important to us in life. In the 3 month series Harnessing Lunar Wisdom we will receive such sweet medicine both from our human kin and plant kin. I’m always humbled by the most magical and mysterious floral essences, the Florais da Lua, each weaving their gentle and powerful medicine into our lives. In the series we allow the essences to choose us, we get out of our heads and into our hearts. I’m really honored to share this medicine with you. It’s as much a gift and journey for me as it is for those who join. We begin June 5th in Brooklyn @awarehousenyc ā¤ļøā€šŸ”„ Link in bio for more information Photo by @infinitachebel
