I’m overwhelmed with gratitude & excitement that SAUNA SICKNESS is premiering at the #sundancefilmfestival 2026 as part of the Shorts Program! This is truly a dream come true!
Sauna Sickness is a psychological drama with dark comedy set in Sweden ~ a 15 min fever rollercoaster, hot & cold, ups and down and at the core a story of self preservation. I’ve literally put my blood, sweat and tears into this one and I couldn’t have made it happen without my fantastic and dedicated cast, crew and team, who all put their hearts and talent into this project and believed in both me and the story. To all my friends & supporters, I’m truly forever thankful to everyone that has helped make this film become a reality. And thank you so much to @sundanceorg for believing in our film!
I can’t wait to share it with you all. See you in January and the last year in Park City!!

Today is the day! Sauna Sickness is premiering at the Sundance Film Festival. My heart was filled with so much joy, as soon as I got to Park City. It’s been a long road with this one and after so much hard work - I am thrilled to celebrate with part of the team here & share the film with the world ❤️
