I am lucky to work in incredible spaces that bring people together, and so fortunate for the design that helps lead all else in my larger practice. Whether Standard Time, Sana or all of the Refraction/IRL events its most key. And i am always so thankful as its their brilliance that make it all what it is…. I have also realized over the years it is what helps calm and inspire me to do what I do. Whether on Geary, in NYC, Singapore, Tokyo or anywhere in between, its the magic within it all. Forever grateful 🙏✨
Another trip around the Sun… i don’t think i could have predicted the whirlwind this year has been. From Berlin to Nyc to Detroit to singapore to the mountains of California to standard time to the cottage and support of family and friends with a lot in between it’s been a year of learning and adventure and self learning and all else in between. Someone i’ve become very close to and think the world of told me this morning they think this is going to be my most epic year yet, which I will be stoked for if that happens. But most of all my birthday wish would be for a more peaceful and understanding year where people learn to listen to each other. 🙏❤️✨
Winter into Spring 🌱… The past few months have taught me more than the past few years… challenges bring new light and new understandings.. Over the next few months there are going to be a lot of exciting updates: from all that has been in the process of building.
A close friend gave me some good advice about focusing on the positive as it comes to an end. Its been a challenging one for myself and i know many others. Feeling fortunate about life ahead, family and friends, and very much hoping for peace in 2024. 🙏🏼✨💜

In the last 12 years this is by far the best news I’ve received. Things can be hard, it’s a lot for a lot of people out there right now, myself included, but seeing this gives me some hope for our future generations…
