I found these curbside on a location scout and got obsessed with finding a way to make the five I found into a lamp. Really nice diffuse light. Some of my best glass drilling work for wire routing etc.

I always struggle to photograph lights but this thing is over a year old so it's time. This is a curbside chunk of concrete I cut that I cut into thirds and then cast the middle piece. There was some heavy cure inhibition but ultimately I grew to love the effect

This was an installation I did back in January at @x.posed_film . I figured out how to get a receipt printer to continuously print a 230 foot document. I kept reloading the machine and letting the pile grow. Eventually people started climbing in
I tried to write something that was worth people reading and to my surprise people did. I wrote about friendships, and grandparents, and the installation itself. By the end of the night strangers were coming up to me to sympathize with stories I told. It was a surreal emotional experience
So grateful for exposed film and Rob Wharry for their support and kindness and to the patience of those who took a moment to read some of what I'd written
