31 March marked the formal end of the @eurhope_project , an Erasmus+ Capacity Building for Youth project with our dear partners @mff.morocco @qendrauja_ @qcodemag . We at @makingprojects have immensely enjoyed coordinating and collaborating in the project and are proud of the many exchange activities and educational outputs we have produced over the last two years. From the Training Course for Youth Workers in Tirana to the Youth Exchange in Barcelona and the Local Workshops, Policy Labs, and Final Conferences we held in each partner country, we have travelled the globe, created spaces for exchange and debate, and fostered strong connections between young adults, youth workers, policymakers, and other local stakeholders in Albania, Morocco, Italy, and Spain/ Catalonia. Though the project has ended, we hope its legacy will still live on. That’s where you come in! Visit our website / so you can read more about what we’ve accomplished and download our key materials: Self-Telling Kit: Learn the bases of narrative journalism and self-narrative so you can tell your own story and empower others to tell theirs. 4 Journalistic Outputs: Watch the compelling short video results of our Youth Exchange participants connecting their own stories to collective narratives on migration and European identity. Infographic Reports on the Policy Labs: Read the results of our policy labs and our recommendations to policymakers. Make sure to send the report to your local authorities and urge them to implement our recommendations! Thanks for coming on this journey with us, and keep an eye on this space for updates on our other current and future EU-funded projects!

Migration, identity, rights. These are some of the priorities we have identified in the local Policy Labs held in our four partner countries. These are not just words, but areas that need real change. We engaged local stakeholders and policymakers on these key themes of the #eurhope_project and other issues specific to each local area in January 2026, and have compiled the results of these policy labs and our key policy recommendations into an infographic report, which will help us to actively participate in shaping new public policies. You can read the report, designed by Silvia Pérez of @makingprojects , on our website . Don't forget to share it with your local policymakers and ask them to carry out our calls to action! ______ #eurhope_project is funded by the Erasmus+ Youth Capacity Building programme and carried out by @makingprojects @qendrauja_ @mff.morocco @qcodemag #migration #identity #rights

Because we believe that communities don’t happen by chance — they are built. They emerge when different people meet, share their stories, explore new languages, and discover the transformative power of differences that become a safe and creative space. With NeCoWo, we want to activate both a mental and physical space where neighbors can imagine new ways of being together, where their ideas come to life. It’s a laboratory of possibilities — an invitation to participate, experiment, and co‑create a new community and world. We will make all of this concrete through small‑group activities, creative tasks, and shared experiences that help us test ideas, blend perspectives, and build something together. #communityworker #communityworkshop #necowo

The final Transnational Project Meeting of our #Eurhope_project has successfully concluded in Naples (Italy). It was an intensive session dedicated to reflecting on our journey and ensuring the long-term impact of our work. During this final gathering, we focused on: 📍Final Review: Evaluating all project results and the impact generated across our local communities. ✨Admin & Finance: Finalizing all administrative and financial reporting to ensure a smooth closure. 🌱Sustainability Plan: Most importantly, we agreed on the project’s Sustainability Plan, drafted by the coordinator, CEPS Projectes Socials. This roadmap ensures that follow-up activities will continue to thrive across all 4 partner countries long after the official project ends. We are ready to turn what we’ve planted into lasting change. A huge thank you to all partners for their dedication! 🚀 @makingprojects @mff.morocco @qcodemag @qendrauja_ _______ #eurhope_project is funded by the Erasmus+ Youth Capacity Building programme and carried out by @makingprojects @qendrauja_ @mff.morocco @qcodemag

During the TPM in Greece, an intense conversation emerged around two key words of the project: community and community worker. It was surprising to discover how the same word can shift in meaning from one country to another: in France and Greece it carries more complex nuances, in Italy and Spain it is perceived positively, while in the Czech Republic it remains neutral and still favourable. A small linguistic gap that sparked a big discussion: a valuable reminder that, in European projects, building shared tools means first and foremost listening to the plurality of our perspectives. #community worker #communityworkshop #necowo

This past 15–16 December 2026, the NeCoWo partnership met in Athens for the project’s Kick-off Meeting. What happens when partners meet face to face? Clearer goals, stronger connections, and a shared direction. In just two productive and energising days, we aligned our objectives, refined our methods and set the path for the next steps — all in a warm and collaborative atmosphere. A special thanks to Anastasia Christaki and Yannis Paraskevopoulos from commonspace for the warm welcome and impeccable organisation. We left Greece motivated and ready to move forward together! Keep an eye out for more about the project and what we've been working on in the coming weeks. #erasmus_indire #communityworkshop #adulteducation
