The album artwork holds a special place in my heart. It was created by the incredible @starvingartistamy , using a photo of my mom taken by my dad. I wanted it to feel like a page from a storybook—like those old Disney films that blend real life with animation—something timeless, magical, and full of memory.
This record is dedicated to my mom, who passed away in 2020. The Heart Remains is a collection of songs that trace the arc of love, loss, and the slow return of hope.

Mother’s Day can be a tender and complicated time, especially for those carrying grief or difficult emotions tied to the day, for whatever reason. To anyone finding today hard: please be gentle with yourself.
After my Mom passed, I often found myself looking through old photographs, trying to step inside the, wondering what was happening in that moment, what she might’ve been thinking or feeling. Of course, I’ll never truly know. But in the end, that’s not what matters most.
I may not remember every word she said, or everything she did, but I remember how she made me feel.
I love you, Mom. I miss you.

My solution to singing and playing at the same time.
One of the biggest challenges of singing while playing violin is that holding the instrument can compress your neck and restrict your voice. This was my fix.
