In 2018, Make Waves started as a simple idea: to create a vibey space where curated makers, small businesses + the community could come together to support one another. Over the years, it became something so much bigger— a place of connection, creativity + impact.
To every incredible maker and business owner who shared their work, to every shopper who showed up to support local, to our families who helped countless times with decorating, set-up/clean up + to the nonprofits we were able to give back to—

Your passion, dedication + belief in this vision turned it into something truly special.
As we close this chapter, we do so with immense gratitude. Though Make Waves Markets is coming to an end, the ripples of what we built together will continue. The relationships formed, the small businesses that grew, the creativity that flourished— lives on in each of you.

In place of entry fees, we’re asking for donations at the door to support Home Horizons. With your support, Home Horizon has the chance to drive real change in our community and help vulnerable youth who are at risk, or who are experiencing homelessness. Home Horizon transforms their lives and move forward with their hopes, dreams and life opportunities.

This holiday season, bring your little ones to our magical Santa Letter Writing Station at the marketplace! Watch their eyes light up as they craft their very own wish lists and letters to Santa. With festive paper, colorful markers, and plenty of holiday cheer, this cozy setup is the perfect place to capture the magic of the season. Plus, once their letters are complete, they can drop them in our special “North Pole Express Mailbox” to ensure speedy delivery to Santa himself.
