At Pretty Privileged Skin, our appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client. In order to respect our schedule, our artists, and other guests, the following policies are strictly enforced.
Booking Retainer
• All appointments over $25 require a $25 non-refundable, non-transferable retainer to secure the appointment.
Cancellation Policy
• 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
• Appointments canceled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the remaining balance.
Late Policy
• Clients arriving 10 minutes late will be charged a $10 late fee. Clients arriving 15 minutes late or more are subject to appointment cancellation.
Squeeze-In Appointments
• Same-day appointments requested within 2 hours of the desired appointment time will incur a $25 squeeze-in fee.
Our schedules are carefully structured, and last-minute requests require us to rearrange our day.
Required Forms
• All service forms must be completed prior to your appointment. Incomplete forms may result in appointment cancellation.
Salon Policy
• No extra guests or children are permitted in the salon unless they are receiving a service.
• Sunday appointments include a $15 additional fee.
We strongly encourage clients to book appointments in advance to secure their preferred time.
