Here’s some cool stuff that happened since starting the new job just over a year ago.

Old but gold. 80 lbs down for Pete.
Throwback to one of the best transformations I have ever been a part of. Pete is still working with me to this day so this one is far from over, but the story behind these photos is worth bringing back to the front.
At the start was a guy living on takeaways almost every night, drinking every weekend just for the sake of it and going through the motions in the gym with zero progress to show for it. The first 2 years working together he only managed to drop 20-30 lbs because he was still cheating on his plan, still drinking, still half in.
Then came the wake-up call. Pete looked around at other clients of mine flying past him and decided enough was enough. He stopped cutting corners, stopped wasting weekends and started showing up every single day.
That’s when the results finally started to snowball. Months of brutal consistency, no shortcuts, no compromises, and the man who once couldn’t stick to a diet ended up dropping nearly 80 lbs of body fat.
The physical transformation is obvious but the bigger win was the mindset shift. Pete went from a nightmare client to a dream one and years on he is still here, still grafting, still progressing.
