We are absolutely gassed to announce @maizeuk_ as our newest resident DJ here at OTD!💥
Maize has been on our radar for a while and if you know her, you’ll know why!!
Maize’s journey with Drum and Bass started from a young age, around 12-13 when she discovered Macky Gee.. She got her first pair of tiny decks (dj hercules) when she was just 14 and played around with different tunes and realised she was a natural!
Her professional journey started just after she turned 18 and started going to raves, she soon discovered pirate and began practicing more and more, and started noticing a lot of progress.
Maize played her first set at tunnel in Leicester in 2023 and then went on to play Future Sounds of Drum and Bass at @unitninemk and it’s only been upwards from there🙌🏽
Maize has started off club season strong making debuts in cities such as Bristol and Birmingham. She has supported many big names in the scene including Basslayerz, DJ Fresh, Kara, Toxinate, Herbz and many more!
We are so excited to have Maize on board with us here at OTD and have some exciting things planned for her in the future!🙌🏽
