A few days leading mat pilates for @maisonkaizen ’s wellness retreat at @rastrello.panicale , which was truly a dream come true. Afternoon mat pilates on the lawn, gong baths between cypress trees, an al fresco lunch under the pines with @aleixandre_sarrion at the pass, and dinners that ended somewhere around midnight.
The brief was simple: design a movement programme that earned its place between everything else on the schedule. Dynamic sessions, full mats, a group that came back stronger every morning.
