I try to bake as inclusively as possible to have high-quality options for people with different dietary concerns. (The caveat is that everything is still made in my home kitchen for the time being so there is a chance for cross-contamination.)
Always in the rotation, wherever I go, is the tahini dark choc chunk cookie—it’s got a satisfyingly textured oat flour base, with tahini playing both a flavoring and binding role. Meanwhile, dark chocolate chunks and buttons and crumbles of halvah deliver the decadence. It’s vegan AND gluten-free, and it’s truly a great cookie no matter what your tolerances may be. This week you can order it by the half dozen for the treat drop.
