Through our life, our face changes so much that sometimes we forget how we look. Social media keeps pushing a trendy type of face that makes us underappreciate our uniqueness and the beauty of our ancestors who survived through eons. The face we have is a remembrance of our evolution. Beauty is in the nature of genetics, and no trend should make us feel less than perfect.
Art taught me that we find beauty in the smallest and most unusual things. You just have to change the light, the color, or the perspective, and the most mundane thing becomes a masterpiece.
Growing old is a privilege not many have or will have. We are mortal beings: we are born, we live, and then we die. But in between, we create, we change, and we experience this existence the best we can.
