Holy moly how time has flown 🥺 today I’m celebrating 6 years of running my small business! And honestly it’s quite sentimental when I look back on it now 😭 (long read ahead~)
I remember when I first opened my shop 6 years ago today. I only did orders via dms (and I know some of you guys are still here from those days!! 😤 MY OGS 🫶🫶)
I also didn’t have an etsy, let alone my own website until a few months later! Didn’t even think to approach markets or conventions, and I fulfilled everything in my bedroom before I renovated it into my now office space 😂 when I first launched I got so excited and I think I made like $70 on launch day and I remember telling my mom and my sister practically jumping in joy 🤣 although we’re much past $70 of revenue, I hope you know that $70 turned me and my business into what it is today!!
We went through many changes, including my art style especially😅 And I met and made so many friends along the way 🥺 through my business alone I’ve been able to travel and make so much merch that I would have never even dreamed about before. I’m SO grateful to each and every one of you!
