🇬🇧 Bittersweet victory over the weekend as I didn’t get to fully embrace the win. I create the perfect scenarios in my head and tend to obsess over them which then leads me to not fully be in the moment. I wanted a big KO win, but still we got it done early in the 1st. It’s an issue that I need to sort out, not only as a fighter, but as a man.
On the other hand, I can’t believe I get to do what I love and fill up arenas doing it. How fucken cool is that? I appreciate every single person that supports me. And trust me, even if I don’t personally know you, I appreciate you.
A big shout out to my brothers @mikeshipmanmma and @michaelvenompage for being in my corner. I am truly blessed to be able to call you guys my big brothers. Massive shoutout to Miggy. C as well, the best hypeman anyone can ask for. My teammates and coaches at LSF and all my training partners who helped me with this camp. Too many to name.

🇭🇺 Keserédes győzelem a hétvégén, mert nem tudtam teljesen megélni a sikert. Hajlamos vagyok fejben tökéletes forgatókönyveket alkotni, majd túlságosan rájuk fixálódni, emiatt pedig nem tudok igazán a pillanatban lenni. Egy nagy KO-győzelmet akartam, de így is elintéztük az első menetben. Ezen dolgoznom kell — nemcsak harcosként, hanem férfiként is.
Ugyanakkor hihetetlen érzés, hogy azt csinálhatom, amit szeretek, és közben arénákat tölthetek meg. Mennyire király már ez? Hálás vagyok mindenkinek, aki támogat — még ha személyesen nem is ismerlek, hidd el, értékellek.
I cannot explain the happiness I felt Friday night. I’ve been putting so much into this, and to be able to get a finish like that against a legit opponent is an otherworldly experience.

It’s funny how life lines things up.
I became a fan of @rossedgley in early 2019. Then in 2021, right as he dropped Blueprint, I tore my ACL and went into surgery. I knew that in the months ahead of me, I couldn’t just feel sorry for myself but had to better myself in whatever way possible. I bought his book and started periodising my training throughout the recovery period using his “blueprint”.
Fortunately, I recovered even quicker than expected so half way through it, it was time for me to get back to fighting. However, I knew one day I’d be able to not only thank him for it but also sit down with him and dive into the things we both care about.
Thanks to the amazing team behind @gymking@fightdivision , this day finally came.
It was so much fun filming with Ross and the Gym King team. We got to talk about sport science, philosophy, anthropology and even my love life😂
It’s actually nuts how, things turn out. Super grateful for Gym King for the opportunity and the consistent support. I’m grateful that I made a new friend in Ross.
Looking forward to what else the future holds.

There’s a government shift happening in my country of birth. At the same time, two guys from my division (one now my next opponent) were beefing over identities they represent.
Everywhere you look, it’s the same story of politics, race, religion and constant division.
Surface level issues we defend as if they were absolutes, while the human experience is full of suffering as it is.
Makes me wonder, what if you could unite people through something as raw as the beauty of your violence? #soyboy #treehugger

All of you show so much love, I can’t even put into words how grateful I am. While I’m chasing my own dreams, I’m proud to represent everyone that’s by my side. The support I felt in Hungary over the past few days meant everything.
I’m blessed to represent Hungary and the UK on the world stage and to call both home. And with amazing supporters from places like France and Ireland, I feel like I’m building something even bigger than just a couple countries.

🇭🇺 Rohadt szerencsés vagyok.
Annyi szeretetet kapok tőletek, hogy szavakkal nehéz kifejezni, mennyire hálás vagyok. Miközben a saját álmaimat hajtom, büszke vagyok arra, hogy mindenkit képviselhetek, aki mellettem áll. Az a támogatás, amit Magyarországon kaptam pár nap alatt, mindent jelentett.
Áldás számomra, hogy Magyarországot és az Egyesült Királyságot képviselhetem a világ színpadán, és mindkettőt az otthonomnak hívhatom. És azzal, hogy Franciaországból vagy Írországból is ilyen fantasztikus emberek támogatnak, úgy érzem, valami nagyobbat építünk, mint csak pár ország.
Motiváltabb vagyok, mint valaha, hogy még keményebben dolgozzak és megosszam a sikereimet veletek.
Thursday night was one of my favourite performances in the cage, against a guy who hadn’t lost in 9 years.
Of course, there are always things to refine (like not jumping that knee 😡 would’ve been perfect), but overall I’m proud of it. My thinking was clear, I stayed composed, and most importantly, I listened to my coach throughout.
It’s something that’s been bugging me for the past few years, so to deliver like that under pressure shows growth and it was proof I’ve entered a new phase as a martial artist.
