I’ve always wanted to work with designers, so I’m thrilled to have had the chance to travel to Chicago and shoot Yuhe’s @magicbabe0.0 designs. Big thanks to model @wnqingg for securing the location and shooting with us all day, and to @saty_art for the flawless hair and makeup. Even though Michigan doesn’t have many resources, I push myself to explore new places and meet talented people. I’m excited that this work is finally published in PAP Magazine—thanks for the opportunity! ✨

This series of designs explored the tension between societal pressures to conform to a fixed idea of adulthood and the reality that this process is never linear. The works deconstructed traditional notions of adulthood by blending elements of childhood, rebellion, and growth, trying to challenge the boundaries of what an “adult” should look like and instead celebrate the messy, ongoing journey of becoming. Through fashion, styling, and dynamic visuals, this project will reveal the complexities of personal identity, self-discovery, and the freedom in embracing the uncertainty of adulthood.
