Ten years ago tonight I passed my audition at The Magic Castle to be a member of the Academy of Magical Arts! I'm so grateful have @robzabrecky as my sponsor and my membership certificate signed by my now mentor @jonarmstrongmagic and now friend @lilfabulon . Would not have guessed ten years from this night and I'd be a performer at the Castle, teaching the classes I'd just taken, and be on the Board of Directors. So much has happened, it does NOT feel like it was just yesterday! In the past week I've spent 7 hours practicing a two minute routine. Ten years a member but forever a student of magic.
