☝️ Finally sharing the St. Louis Shag virus in the form of a little choreo! ✨ Last year, we decided to challenge ourselves and our practices by exploring the potential of St. Louis Shag for choreographing - something we have very little experience with! April 🌹 Was about adventures, dancing, celebrations and people 💛 It was tiring but so worth it ✨ Also the fact that I can now work at home outside is pure gold. This Spring-Summer(ish) season is just the best. ☀️

Março 🧡 Um mês acolhedor, de entrada na Primavera, de leituras matinais, de recarregar energias com noites a sofazar, de upgrades caseiros, de relembrar o quanto adoro caminhadas na natureza, de muita dança mas poucas práticas/festivais, de jantares caseiros, de ir ver a Maro, e de mais pores do sol. Os finais do dia já cheiram a Verão e a luz do sol já aceita ficar. É tempo de passar mais tempo lá fora 🥹☀️

February 💙 From the raining to the sunny weather, turning 28th, celebrating with friends, seeing sunsets, back to uni teaching, advancing phd work, reading. The days are getting longer and I can’t wait to for the sun to set later on the day 🥹🌅

Janeiro 💛 Apreciar os poucos dias de sol, entrada em 2026 com gente boa, prazos de submissões e época de exames na uni, paredes pintadas e paredes por pintar, jantares e convívios caseiros, aulas na LBA, dançar, sofazar, namorar. E mais umas coisas ali pelo meio. 🫶

Dezembro 💜 Um mês acolhedor, rodeado de amor, para terminar um ano que teve de tudo: desde de desilusão e ansiedade até muita gratidão, entusiasmo pela vida e novas aventuras, e muito amor. Um ano cheio de coisas pequeninas, tão pequeninas, que lembram como é bom viver 🥰 // December 💜 A cozy month surrounded by love to wrap up a year that had it all: from quite a bit of disappointment and anxiety to a lot of gratefulness, excitement for life and new adventures and a lot of love.
