I've been reflecting on all of the women I've been, and how sometimes I can only see my beauty fully in retrospect. Free of the cages that have kept me locked out of my own heart for most of my life... VESSEL and SIREN are journeys to support the dismantling of this infrastructure so that you can truly receive not only yourself, but your life fully.

Everything Hallelujah 🤲🏻🪶
Praying every day, OUT LOUD to the creator has shifted everything for me this year.
A couple months ago I hit a wall with all the prayers I am holding and bringing into manifestation. I was stuck in force... inside of the illusion that it is through my will alone that they will come to fruition
I was brought to my knees in a deep surrender and began walking every day and talking with the creator to take the wheel. To help me let go of control and simply open to be the vehicle for which this energy can flow into the physical world
This changed everything. All that was stuck began to open within a week.
I continued my practice, sharing my heart every day. What I'm going through, asking for support. Speaking gratitude for everything in my life. Praying for others. Seeking this eternal light first and foremost beyond everything that I hope to "get" from this connection
Prayer in this way also deeply strengthens desire. If you're not crying out for help from a force beyond you, do you even desire it at all?
This practice shows me all of the ways I'm in resistance to continuing to open. Where I hold negativity and resistance. When I don't want to pray. But I show up anyways. I share my shadows and struggles, and ask for the support I need to continue to build my vessel to receive more light
Pray every day. At least 15 minutes, out loud. Watch the miracles begin to unfold before your eyes ✨ There's a force much bigger than you that is waiting to receive your call...
Bobinsana is a feminine force who shows us the power of self love. She awakens our capacity to feel. Life as a whole, and our own hearts.
A woman's true power comes from her capacity to feel. In her ability to descend in to the depth of her sensations and hold them inside the body.
Many women are terrified of this, and develop many masks, patterns, and coping strategies to stay locked out of the power that their system has when it's fully open to life.
I've been that woman, and I'm some ways I still am.

WAKING SLUMBER was beyond my wildest dreams... eight women gathered together in prayer to retrieve the aspect of soul buried in their ancestral roots.
We moved through a deep cleansing, death and rebirthing process as we approach the spring equinox to start a new cycle of life. Awakening from our slumber
