2026- the year we actually do something about the things that keep us from true rest and peace. So often we just complain about the things that keep us further from God, confidence, and living our life full of peace and purpose..and yet do nothing about it.
For me, thatās taking a break from social media.
Matthew 11:28-30 says that if we come to Him weary and burdened, He will give us rest for our souls. Thatās my word for the year ārest.ā And as Iāve prayed about what that looks like, I feel led to get off social media.
Iāll still be podcasting on this break and my team will be posting for me on @staytruepodcast Instagram and I plan to still share fun and organic life content on there- so be sure to follow along and tune in!
Pray about what brave thing you may need to lay down and give to God. Believing this will be our BEST year yet!š«¶š¼
BIG ANNOUNCEMENT: I wrote another book!!!!!! And you can pre-order NOW!
Iāve never worked harder on a project and I couldnāt be more excited to share it with you all.
I wrote this book because I know what itās like to feel stuck: bound by lies, burdened by past mistakes and shame, stuck in sin, and confused by the noise of the world around me.
Before writing my first book, before even The Bachelor, I chased a version of truth that I believed would lead to a happier and freer me. Instead, it led me into deeper confusion. In a culture flooded with false promises and half-truths, I found myself asking: What is truth?
In my search for answers, I discovered a life-changing reality: we all desire freedom, yet many of us live lies. In Dare to Be True, weāll not only explore how to break free from the lies that bind us, but also how to stay free by anchoring our lives in the Truth that never changes.
I wrote this book for the one who is tired of the pretending and striving, who feels isolated and hopeless, and who is bombarded with lies that leaves you to question: Whatās really true? about me? About God? About life after this life?
In reading this book, you will confront whatās holding you back and break free from what is breaking you. Now is the time to experience the abundant life you were made forā a life of true freedom.

Looking back on 2025 with gratitude. A year of memorizing Scripture and loving motherhood.
Memorizing chapters and books of the Bible has restored my soul and renewed my mind. Iām excited to continue this in 2026 and would encourage you to try it out!
Biggest memorization tips I have:
1. Find a passage to memorize (maybe start with a Psalm like Psalm 16 or 23!)
2. Pick a date you have to have it memorized by.
3. Find an accountability partner and do it together. (Not the actual memorization and studying Scripture part. But check in on each other and send each other videos once you memorized it by the date you chose.)
4. Study the Scripture by using commentaries and other Bible resources so that you understand and learn what youāre memorizing
5. Pray it over yourself, share it with others, and say it out loud a bunch until you have it memorized šš¼

As we step into 2026, weāre talking about how to discern when God is calling you to hold on⦠and when Heās inviting you to let go.
This episode will bring clarity, wisdom, and so much freedom. You donāt want to miss it. Link in bio.
āBut the angel said to them, āDo not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord.ā Luke⬠ā2ā¬:ā10ā¬-ā11⬠ā
We spend so much of our lives searching for love in places that were never meant to hold it. In people. In approval. In success. In ourselves. But the truth is, we didnāt create ourselves, so we canāt be our own source. Real love has a name, and His name is Jesus.
The greatest display of love wasnāt a feeling or a word. It was a sacrifice. A Savior who stepped into our brokenness, took on the weight of our sin, and laid down His life so we could truly live.
Love isnāt found by looking inward. Itās found by looking upward. And when we receive His love, it changes how we live, how we love, and how we give ourselves away.
If youāre craving real love, the kind that doesnāt fade or fail, itās found in Him. Comment ālove,ā and Iāll send you the link to order my new book, Dare to Be True. š
It is easy to get caught up doing more for God⦠but what if the invitation is simply to BE with Him? In this episode, we reflect on how easy it is to slip into striving and how Jesus continually calls us back to abiding, listening, and resting in who He is. This conversation reshaped how weāre entering this upcoming year. If you feel tired, pressured, or stuck in performance, this oneās for you.
