2026- the year we actually do something about the things that keep us from true rest and peace. So often we just complain about the things that keep us further from God, confidence, and living our life full of peace and purpose..and yet do nothing about it. For me, that’s taking a break from social media. Matthew 11:28-30 says that if we come to Him weary and burdened, He will give us rest for our souls. That’s my word for the year “rest.” And as I’ve prayed about what that looks like, I feel led to get off social media. I’ll still be podcasting on this break and my team will be posting for me on @staytruepodcast Instagram and I plan to still share fun and organic life content on there- so be sure to follow along and tune in! Pray about what brave thing you may need to lay down and give to God. Believing this will be our BEST year yet!🫶🏼

Looking back on 2025 with gratitude. A year of memorizing Scripture and loving motherhood. Memorizing chapters and books of the Bible has restored my soul and renewed my mind. I’m excited to continue this in 2026 and would encourage you to try it out! Biggest memorization tips I have: 1. Find a passage to memorize (maybe start with a Psalm like Psalm 16 or 23!) 2. Pick a date you have to have it memorized by. 3. Find an accountability partner and do it together. (Not the actual memorization and studying Scripture part. But check in on each other and send each other videos once you memorized it by the date you chose.) 4. Study the Scripture by using commentaries and other Bible resources so that you understand and learn what you’re memorizing 5. Pray it over yourself, share it with others, and say it out loud a bunch until you have it memorized 🙌🏼

We spend so much of our lives searching for love in places that were never meant to hold it. In people. In approval. In success. In ourselves. But the truth is, we didn’t create ourselves, so we can’t be our own source. Real love has a name, and His name is Jesus. The greatest display of love wasn’t a feeling or a word. It was a sacrifice. A Savior who stepped into our brokenness, took on the weight of our sin, and laid down His life so we could truly live. Love isn’t found by looking inward. It’s found by looking upward.
